Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • Use Of Site

    • This site may contain other proprietary notices and copyright information, the terms of which must be observed and followed.
    • Information on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information, including product pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice.
    • Photos of products may be different from current stock.
    •  Williams Pioneer Innovations reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Williams Pioneer Innovations believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Williams Pioneer Innovations.

  • Please read all of the following information BEFORE you order.

    COVID-19 update: Emergency kit and supplies orders.

    All orders are now shipped vis UPS, USPS or FedEx. No will call or customer pick up due to Covid-19.

        • If you do not agree with all of these terms and conditions below, do not place your order.
        • Once you place an order, this means you agree to terms and conditions of this web site as stated on this page.
        • Matthew 5:37 "Just let your word Yes mean Yes, your No, No"

    For leather products:

    • These items are hand crafted in genuine leather. Each item will be slightly different, as no leather is exactly alike.
    • Colors vary within color scheme.
    • The leather used in our products is "rustic", there are imperfections, this adds to the personality of each item.
    • Perfection is NOT included. (Rom 3:23) 

    For Returns on any order:

    • All returns must be accompanied by your purchase receipt. (emailed to you as Order Confirmation Notice)
    • If you have ordered an item and want to return it, it must be in new, re-salable condition.
    • Used products are unaceptable for returns. If we receive used items as a return, we will not credit back the used item or shipping and handling. We are not responsable for any charges, fees, packing and return shipping if you want the used item returned. That would be your responsibility.
    •  You may return the item (emergency kits, no returns, sale final) within 7 days of receipt of the order for a full refund of the product price, less (not) shipping/handling charges and any discounts taken. All Shipping and Handling charges are non refundable. We paid the shipping carrier to get your order to you.
    • This means the shipping charges on the invoice will not be refunded, even if we discounted the shipping, (so the shipping was at no cost to you on the order, we still had to pay for the shipping, tape, ink, paper, office, warehouse, time and energy in packing and shipping).
    • The original shipping fee before discount will be subtracted from refund.
    • If returned after 7 days, there is a 10% return/processing fee, less shipping handling.
    • No returns or refunds will be accepted 21 days after purchase/invoice date, including binding service orders. This gives you plenty of time to return the item if you decide to. No returns after 21 days.
    • Your returned items will be credited via the payment method (or check) you used to make your purchase or via PayPal.
    • To return an item: Please include a copy of the receipt and ship it to:
    • WPI Service Supplies 40996 Oak Creek Rd. Murrieta, Ca, 92562 USA.
    • All returns are shipped at customers’ expense. We are not Walmart, Costco, Zappos or other large corporations, thus we do not have the same return policies as them. We are a Pioneer couple.
    • Please examine your order when it is received. Orders that are damaged or lost in shipping must be handled by you directly with the shipping carrier. See important shipping information below.
    • If you would like to exchange the item for a different one, you will have to return the original item purchased as outlined above and make a new order via the web site for the different item.
    • Simply put, we do not do exchanges.
    • If you have any questions please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
    • All products have a 7 day/21 day return policy as noted above with the exception of the following:
    • Emergency Kits and products. You must report to us any problems or discrepencies within 3 days of receipt (delivery) of product. These are SPECIAL ORDERS and are NOT returnable. All sales final on Emergency Kits and products. No execptions. 
    • Clearance Sale items are final, no returns or credits. (cs)
    • Any items that have been used.

    For Shipping:

    • We ship orders as soon as possible. Most (not all) orders are shipped within 5-7 business days, some may take longer. (see above notice and web-site notice)
    • Emergency Kits are SPECIAL ORDERS and may take 2-3 weeks longer to ship than service supplies. Depends on demand from natural or others disaters. 
    • We email you a "Order Shipping Notice" when the items have shipped. You may then be able to track your shipment, via the carrier's web site.
    • We have no control over carrier shipping problems, strikes, weather or disaster related delays etc.
    • We have no control over products once they leave our site.
    • Most service supplies orders are shipped by USPS. We at times use other carriers. (UPS or FedEx). 
    • Emergency Kits usually ship via FedEx or UPS.
    • It is your responsibility to provide us an address that carriers can deliver to.
    • If you have a PO box and a physical address, we recomend that you provide us with both shipping addresses and let us know where you want your order shipped to. You imput the shipping information, so we ship to that address that you provided. 
    • We offer shipping loss or damage insurance for orders up to $500.00. If you choose not purchase this insurance, then any claims for shipping loss or damage needs to be filed by you with the carrier. They are your items, you purchased them. (see next point for important information).
    • We reccommend that you purchase the "Shipping Insurance & Signature Confirmation" option from WPI to protect your products from loss or damage during shipping. This option is available to purchase on this web site. When you purchase the optional "Shipping Insurance & Signature Confirmation", then WPI Service Supplies will file a claim in your behalf if the order is lost or damaged during shipping. This means, we will refund the purchase price of your invoice or up to the insurance amount you purchased not to exceed the $500.00 maxium. May take up to 90 days. WPI will deal with the shipper. No stress or hassel for you! Yes, peace of mind.
    • Shipping services and prices are subject to change without notice. 

    For Color Requests and/or Color Variations:

    • You may request a specific color, but we cannot guarantee that your requested color is in stock.
    • We will send what is available to complete your order.  If no color request is made, we send our color choice of that item that is in stock.
    • Products are subject to changes and/or variations without notice. 
    • We try our best to be up to date and accurate of product desriptions and photos, but sometimes photos of products may be slightly different from current product supply.

    For Out of stock items:

    • We try our best to have all items listed on the site in stock.  Sometimes due to heavy orders we may be currently out of stock on an item. (Eccl.  9:11) 
    • We will ship as soon as possible to fill your order or we may inform you if it will be longer than normal order filling time.  If we are unable to fill your order on a certain item, we will gladly refund the cost of that out of stock item and ship the rest of the order.

    For Privacy:

    • All customer information that is optained by WPI is not shared with anyone or any other company, other than the merchant processing company (bank to process payments).
    • We do not sell or give out any private information.
    • This Web site is secured with a Web Server Certificate. Transactions on the site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption. (SSL)

    For Orders:

    • To save time and shipping cost, please make sure that your order is complete at the time of submitting your order.  If you wish to add to an order, you must make a new order with only the additions on it. Yes, this means you will have two orders, your original and your add-on order.
    • By ordering online, we receive your order immediately and your order will be processed faster because there are no calculation errors.
    • Shipping details are e-mailed to you when your order ships. Make sure we have your correct email address. Don’t forget to add us to your e-mail address book.
    • We can accept telephone payments and mail orders (checks). Place your order on line and use the "Print and Call" option at checkout. If you choose this method of payment, you need to call us within 24 hours to arrange payment. (either credit card or check).  If we do not hear from you within 24 hours, we may cancel your order.  Yes, we do accept personal checks.

    For Catalogs:

    • We encourage you to view our complete line of Service Supplies and Emergency Preparedness Kits & Supplies at www.jw-supplies.com.
    • We do not have a printed paper catalog at this time.

  • International

    • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination.
    • Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
    • Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products.
    •  Williams Pioneer Innovations is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

  • Sales Tax

    Williams Pioneer Innovations collects sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate only within the state of California.

    • Orders placed and shipped within California, will have the state tax rate of 8.75% collected on orders. (rate as of 2019, City of Murrieta, Riverside County)
    • WPI does not collect tax for orders placed and shipped outside of California.
    • Any applicable sales taxes for products or services that your state requires, are the sole responsibility of the purchaser or the end user of products and services provided by WPI Service Supplies.

  • Store Hours

    • If you would like to pick up your order, you must make an appointment first. Information for this option is given at check out page, "Local pick-up" option.

  • Miscellaneous


    • Although the information on this Web site is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed in this Web site are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions. Williams Pioneer Innovations reserve the right to limit the provision of their products or services to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction they so desire and to limit the quantities of any products or services that they provide. Any offer for any product or service made in the materials on this Web site is void where prohibited.

    MORE MISCELLANEOUS STUFF: (bla, bla, bla)

    • The Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between you and Williams Pioneer Innovations with respect to this Web site. If you do not agree to terms, do not order, simple as that.
    • The Terms and Conditions supercede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and Williams Pioneer Innovations with respect to this Web site.
    • No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by Williams Pioneer Innovations.
    • If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be constructed in a manner to closely reflect, as much as possible, the intentions of the parties, with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.
